Bob and Debbie were born again in the early 80’s and have been serving in several churches in Maine over the last 28 years. God commissioned them to open Fresh Start Ministries in 2009. They were ordained at Word of Life Christian Center in Bangor. Pastor Bob has served as Men’s Group Leader, Adult Sunday School Teacher, Home Cell Group Leader, Audio Technician and Pastor’s Assistant. Pastor Debbie has served as Youth Leader, Women’s Group leader, Home Cell Group Leader, Worship Team Member, Adult Sunday School Teacher and Administrative Assistant. They both trained to be Living Waters Coordinators and served on a Pastors Advisory board. They helped pioneer two churches working closely with the Pastors of those churches. Over the years God has prepared and seasoned them as servants’.
